TGS 07: DualShock 3 Finally Official |

A rumbling PS3 controller has been a long time coming and just as expected, Sony has officially announced the DualShock 3 wireless controller at the Tokyo Game Show.
The new controller will be sold as a separate accessory and will make its debut in Japan this November. Gamers in the US and Europe will have to wait until next Spring unfortunately.
Below is a list of titles that are compatible with DualShock 3 in both Japan and US/EU.

Awh it seems everybody who bought the original Dualshocks is FUCKED, to say the least. Good thing I’m only going to buy it when it’s actually released with a DS3.

You mean SIXAXIS. But yeah, Sony should definetly put the DS3 in the pack instead of selling it separately. They should also replace everyones SIXAXIS for free. It’s their greedy nature why they didn’t have rumble in the first place. And to think they just lied about rumble and motion tech not being possible in the same controller.

Like this is the first time that Sony has lied through their freaking teeth. they do everything they can to milk their fans for all they have and over promise and under deliver EVERY freaking time. No one has learned from the past with these jerks. I’ve always been a Nintendo fan, and love my Wii, and my 360 has been wonderful to me. It’ll be a long time before I dish out any cash for another Sony product again.

it’s not that sony was ripping people off by not including the rumble, they had issues with the guys who made the rumble and just settled the agreement, something about a lawsuit against sony or vice versa… but yeah, at least we have it now and it’s one more reason why the ps3 is better than 360, I mean you get a friggin computer with the ps3, just install linux and viola!

oh yeah, cause we all don’t already have PC’s and linux, give me a break. ooohhhh look how cool I am with my linux on my TV, yeah that’s a real selling point for me.
