UK’s troublesome Video Marketplace launch
BY Rain Anderson Dec. 12th, 2007

Since Microsoft’s launch of Xbox 360’s Video Marketplace in the UK yesterday, the store has been experiencing several problems like downloads not finishing properly, slow download speeds, error messages and apparently even wrong content is being downloaded.

Microsoft is well aware of the problems though and they’ve hung a short message on Xbox.com saying they’re on it: “Xbox Live users may experience intermittent issues while attempting to access content on the Video Marketplace. This issue is currently under investigation and we apologize for the inconvenience.”

A troubleshooting page on Microsoft’s support site says that users will also receive a refund for any wrongfully deducted Microsoft Points. Getting in touch with Xbox’s support is all you have to do.
