[Update] Burnout Paradise demo now available
BY Rain Anderson Dec. 13th, 2007

The demo for EA’s Burnout Paradise has arrived like advertised but even though the developer’s official site is saying the demo is available for download on both PlayStation Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace, it exists for 360 gamers only at the moment. EA has also sent out a press release saying it’s out for both systems so PS3 owners should definitely get their hands on EA’s latest racer today, we just have to wait until Sony unleashes their weekly Thursday update.

In the meanwhile, here’s the Dashboard description for the demo from Xbox LIVE: “Welcome to the Burnout Paradise Demo. Explore Motor City, Big Surf Beach and Ocean View. Discover Jumps, Stunts and Smashes all over the map, and if you’re online invite friends to join you for some challenges. Remember, this is just a small part of Paradise City. For the full Burnout experience, buy the full game coming in January 2008.”

The 835.53 MB demo is available in all Xbox LIVE regions except Asia. We’ll update this post once the PSN update hits.

Update: The demo is now available on PlayStation Store as well.
