Xbox Evolved’s Josh Olin has just printed a very cryptic but concise posting, claiming that Rare has agreed to release several of its classic games onto Xbox Live Arcade, including Goldeneye, Banjo-Kazooie, and Perfect Dark. Citing ‘very reliable sources’, Olin claims that these games will feature updated graphics and xbox live multiplayer integration and at least Goldeneye will be revealed ‘later this year’.

Rumor or truth? Who knows, but many gamers, myself included were frothing at the mouth at the Banjo Kazooie 3 video released onto the Xbox Live marketplace last year and reliving the old adventures in glorious high def might be just the thing we need to tide us over.
