Despite the little Gamespot review fiasco that took place late last year, Eidos’ and IO Interactive’s Kane & Lynch: Dead Men has sold rather well - over 1 million copies worldwide since its mid-November release last year.

Eidos’ parent company SCi anticipates a positive sales trend to continue through the remainder of fiscal 2008 and expects Kane & Lynch to establish itself as a key franchise for the group. No doubt the positive sales of the first game have boosted their confidence in the franchise. As reported last year, the second Kane & Lynch game is already in production.
