Capcom just sent over an email message letting us know that since its release on January 24, the Devil May Cry 4 Xbox 360 demo has been downloaded over one million times, averaging at over 25,000 downloads a day. This not only makes it the first demo of the year to hit a million downloads, but also one of the fastest downloads to hit the one million mark in the history of Xbox LIVE. Not bad Capcom, not bad at all.

The game also seems to be doing well at retail: “Additionally, the game has been a huge hit at retail, with reorders coming from major retailers within days of the game’s release,” the email stated.
