Looks like the people behind the new Leisure Suit Larry game know how to get lots and lots of free publicity. Remember the Gears of War “Mad World” theatrical trailer that set the internet ablaze back in 2006 ? You know, this one. It continues to be one of the best known game trailers in memory, and the Leisure Suit Larry spoof above was guaranteed to be posted on every gaming blog on the planet because of it. So a tip of the hat to whoever came up with the idea.

the mad world commercial for gears was quite… unerving. the first time i heard that song was in donnie darko, so it was very odd hearing it in a commercial for gears.
