Elder Scrolls and Fallout developer Bethesda Softworks has begun direct publishing operations in London, its parent company ZeniMax Media has announced.

Starting with Fallout 3 later this year, the company plans to deliver a range of compelling and unspecified titles to the European market in the coming years.

Robert Altman, the CEO of ZeniMax Media says this is an important step in their goal to expand outside NA. “We want to establish direct relationships with retailers and distributors throughout Europe and the UK as we bring exciting titles like Fallout 3 and Rogue Warrior to gamers worldwide,” Altman said.

The European operations will be headed by Sean Brennan, an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in the European markets. “Building upon their great reputation and extending their direct reach throughout Europe and the UK is an exciting, new phase in the expansion of the company,” said Sean.
