..you just have to cough up the money to pre-order Metal Gear Solid 4 and be lucky enough to live in North America. That’s according to Al De Leon, SCEA’s PR Manager: “If you can’t wait to try out MGS4, the good news is you don’t have to much longer. Those who pre-order the game will be guaranteed access to a multiplayer beta test for Metal Gear Online scheduled for late April.”
Later, and crushing the heart of a European gamer in the process, he specified the beta offer would be limited to NA only: “Sorry, Carl, this offer specifically refers to North America.”
It’s times like these when a one world government would seem almost worth it, doesn’t it ? Almost..

So true, I’m tired of these lame region limited things. Makes me feel like we’re living in the 1930’s. Is it too much to ask for the different HQ’s around the world to co-operate on these matters and bring cool betas to ALL their customers?
