Valve has confirmed the release date for the split up Orange Box today. Until now, you’ve only been able to buy all five games that make up The Orange Box together for $59.99 ($49.99 for PC) or individually priced through Valve’s Steam distribution service. But on April 9th for those who are not interested in what is widely considered the greatest video game deal ever and, or, not a fan of digital distribution will be able to buy each individually at your favorite brick and mortar store.

While the pricing is still tentative, retailers are listing Half-Life: Episode One and Two AKA Half-Life 2: Episode pack, and the online shooter Team Fortress 2 at $29.99 and the tech demo turned puzzle game of the year Portal at $19.99.
