If you enjoy big explosions, lots of color, and the opportunity to combine the two to blow up a bunch of stuff, then Big Bang Mini might just be the game for you.

Scheduled to hit the Nintendo DS later this year, Big Bang Mini gives gamers the task of using the stylus to create fireworks to eliminate scores of enemies raining down from the sky. It gets tricky because if you miss your enemies with your explosive display you’ll have to dodge the fallout of your mistakes. If you manage to make it to the end of the level you’ll be given the chance to design a ‘Final Bouquet’ which developer SouthPeak promises will be a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

SouthPeak CEO Melanie Mroz boasts, “We usually only get to see fireworks, but with Big Bang Mini you get to make the fireworks. Not only will you be able to see the dazzling sparks but you’ll also be able to create them with each stroke of the stylus. It’s an amazing experience that is sure to give an adrenaline rush every time players manage to set off a huge display.” That’s a pretty big endorsement for a title that can fit in the palm of your hand.

Big Bang Mini will have over 90 levels to get your demolition on, and promises a wide variety of firework options. Keep an eye out for this quirky title when it explodes onto your DS screen this Fall.
