Gamers looking to see first hand just how bloody Ninja Gaiden 2 is won’t have to wait much longer, as a demo of Team Ninja’s combo heavy beat ‘em up will be heading to Xbox LIVE sometime in May. This might sound familiar to many of you as a demo was actually expected to launch on LIVE around the time of GDC. However, that turned out to be the ultimate tease in the form just a lowly gameplay video.

This newly announced demo promises to be everything that gamers had been expecting the first time around. You can plan on seeing plenty of blood, violence, and the trademark difficulty that has made the Ninja Gaiden series so popular over the years. Not much else is known at this point, but as you can imagine, it doesn’t take much info to get gamers excited for some hands-on time with Tomonobu Itagaki’s newest ninja simulator.
