Top 100 selling games of the last year
BY Mike Wehner Apr. 11th, 2008 More on:

NextGen.biz has taken it upon themselves to compile a list of the top selling titles for all platforms for the past 12 month period. While there are some predictable titles near the top, there are also some big surprises.

If you don’t follow sales religiously, you may be shocked by the injustices that take place on the sales charts. For example, let’s just say the movie licensed Ratatouille walked all over titles such as God of War 2, The Orange Box, Devil May Cry 4, and Burnout Paradise. Thrillville demolished Uncharted and Ratchet and Clank. Doesn’t that just make you want to cry? *tear*

In all seriousness though, I highly advise checking out the list as it’s a pretty interesting read and will definitely shed some light on the world of game sales for anyone who takes the time to study it. Oh, and by the way, CoD 4 is #1. Oh snap, SPOILERS!!!

Never mind, sales arn’t everything. If quality = sales = money then those guys spinning off spineless movies into spineless games wouldn’t be able to afford the payments on their second/third homes.
