MGS4 Limited Edition coming to Europe |

Rumors surfaced recently regarding a European special edition release of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Rumor mill seems to have got it right once again — online retailer Play.com has listed the product as available for pre-order and apparently it’s exclusive to them only. The bad news is that Play.com will be limiting the bundle to the UK only, so it remains to be seen if the rest of Europe will get a bite of this cherry
The special edition was already known to be available to US customers, and was used to organize their end of the Metal Gear Online beta.
Along with the game the UK limited edition contains:
- 6″ Old Snake ‘Olive Drab’ action figure
- “The Making Of Metal Gear Solid 4″ documentary on Blu-ray Disc
- Official Metal Gear Solid 4 soundtrack
At £79.99, the special edition is pretty pricey, but I’m sure that won’t stop the most die-hard and shameless fans (myself included) bagging this one. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is released worldwide on June 12th.
