You may remember the tech demo video that was released a while ago from the upcoming Wii title The Conduit, the game the developers went into with the mindset of creating Xbox 360 style graphics on the Wii. Even though the game is yet to find a publisher, the buzz is picking up around the interweb about this title. Case in point, the first gameplay footage has arrived and it looks might interesting. Granted, we’ve seen many great FPS titles, but the simple fact this is produced on the Wii gives it that slight edge.
The Conduit and MADWORLD are a couple of titles being developed that are helping the Wii shed its image of being a console that loves Mario, and awful third-party titles. We’re starting to see that Nintendo’s white box does has some hair on its chest.

It looks interesting, if not a bit generic. I’ll give it a try if its ever released.

Man that looks incredibly generic but the Wii doesn’t have any generic shooters so that actually might be a boon. It also looks gorgous.
Also Death Match authorized? Could we be seeing some online multiplayer FPS action on our Wiis? That would make the “About damn time” line make sense.
