I’ve been moving around all day trying to quench my thirst for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. There are plenty of videos on the web to watch, but that wasn’t doing the trick. Luckily, I found out about a free online magazine that was made just for this occasion.

Made by the same people who brought us the Ninja Gaiden 2 e-zine, the MGS 4 edition is especially well made. It contains some embedded high resolution videos that are actually quite lengthy, as well as some biographies for some of the main characters. There’s a Metal Gear time line also included that gives descriptions of every Metal Gear title ever made. This is really important seeing how the story’s multiple plots has become a bit daunting to say the least. Finally, and possibly most interesting, is an exclusive interview with Metal Gear creator HIdeo Kojima.

If you haven’t picked up the game yet like every other PS3 owner must have by now, you may want to take some time and visit the Gamerzines’ website and reeducate yourself if you haven’t done so already.
