Damn…u look great..I was wondering if u have kept it up after the 7 weeks and if u have…have their been anymore improvements? Plus if u havnt kept up the wiifit did u keep the weight off?

Matt’s in LA for E3 right now. Like he said in one his Wii Fit posts, he forgot to take that into account. But he’ll continue these posts once the E3 insanity has cooled down later this month.

I work out on the wii fit but didnt really have a system until I seen yours…Im just wondering did you work out everyday? I do like maybe a half hour 3 time a week and I dont really see anything different about my body…Im going to give your suggestions a shot. Thanx!
