A little bit of horror, a little bit of F.E.A.R. and a lot of blood is what you’ll get with the new trailer for the upcoming shooter Project Origin. The game serves as a sequel to the very first F.E.A.R. and continues the story of the supernaturally-cursed girl, Alma.

As you can see from the trailer, Project Origin is sure to give players the same type of horror-inspired running and gunning of the original. You can also plan on seeing a variety of adversaries wielding both conventional weaponry as well as their own frantic hand-to-hand techniques. Hopefully the supernatural aspects of the game will allow it to stand out from the shooter crowd that has been flocking around the current generation of consoles for a number of months now.

Project Origin is set to land on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 sometime this fall. Be sure to check back later next week for some E3 hands-on impressions of the game.
