Activision showed the first glimpse of the follow up to their action RPG Marvel: Ultimate Alliance during their E3 press conference. As the title suggests, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 Fusion adds a new dynamic to the gameplay by allowing heroes to combine their powers to perform unique “fusion” attacks. Unfortunately, not much is shown in the trailer, but it does give a brief glimpse of what fans can expect when this game releases in next year. The story is said to follow elements from both The Secret Wars and Civil War story arcs from the comics. Activision also announced the game will feature over 20 playable heroes and villains.
