TVGB loves High Voltage’s The Conduit. And the rest of the gaming world is just as excited as we are — The Conduit is on its way to join the big boys at this year’s Penny Arcade Expo (PAX). If you didn’t know, The Conduit is a fast-paced, beautiful first-person shooter for the Wii, and the developers at High Voltage are really trying to push the console’s limits with the game.

Eric Nofsinger, Chief Creative Officer at High Voltage, had this to say about the game making an appearance at PAX, “PAX is jam-packed wall-to-wall with passionate game fans. We are incredibly honored to be featured there at Nintendo’s booth. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to receive input and feedback directly from other gamers.”

The real hype for The Conduit started at this year’s E3 summit. It got a whole bunch of prestigious awards, and since High Voltage is a independent developer, their achievements are truly astounding.

Kerry Ganofsky, High Voltage’s founder and CEO said, “We are honored and overjoyed to have our efforts recognized. To be acknowledged by the industry news media shows that the hard work of our team has not gone unnoticed and only strengthens our resolve to continue to push our game play, graphics, and the technical boundaries of the hardware’s capabilities.”

This year’s Penny Arcade Expo will be held at August 29-31.
