Remember a few weeks ago when everyone in the world was telling you to download the PS3 Home theme because you might, somehow, end up getting to try out Home for yourself? Well that day has finally arrived.

If you were one of the lucky chosen ones, you have an email waiting in your inbox which will direct you on how to claim your prize and jump into the virtual social network that is Home. Sony is sending out the beta notifications to the email that all PS3 users initially input in order to set up their PSN accounts. So, if you thought you’d avoid a bunch of Sony spam by applying with a fake email address, you’re basically out of luck. Here’s hoping everyone’s email addys were legit!
