One of the the things that EA tried desperately to do in its Bond games was capture the true feeling of Bond. I’m not really sure if any of the games actually captured Bond perfectly but a valiant effort was put forth, especially in Everything or Nothing. Still, the games often lean more towards the Bond stereotypes and thus come off as mimicry rather than the actual thing. Luckily, it seems that Activision has been given some unprecedented access to both the Daniel Craig Bond films and is really trying to capture what it’s actually like to be Bond.

The above video is basically the developers bragging about how much they got to work with the cast and crew of the movies and how great it is to be able to do that. Tooting their own horn aside, this is great news for any fan of the first movie (and soon to be fan of the second) as it means we’ll be getting action that’s as close to the movie as possible. All the talk about you choosing what Bond does sounds a little weird, but it’s probably just PR talk to make it sound more exciting. I mean you’re either walking through that door and progressing the game or you’re not and are going to be standing in an elevator for a while.
