Obama pwns Xbox Live

The Democratic nominee for president leads the polls, but not according to CNN this time. Instead this data comes from a polling conducted by Microsoft using the services of Xbox LIVE. That’s right, nearly 100,000 people participated in the poll, which is an attempt by Microsoft to turn the Xbox into a viable debate platform. But enough talk, you probably want to see the results of gamers voicing an opinion on the American presidential race.

  • Obama \ Biden: 43%
  • McCain \ Palin: 31%
  • Undecided: 13%
  • Other: 13%

While 100,000 people isn’t really a dent considering the total population of Xbox LIVE, it’s still very impressive considering the target audience for the 360. Now if we could just get Proffesor Oak onto the independent ticket…
