Second Prince of Persia dev diary shows new baddie
BY Rain AndersonOctober 3rd, 2008 More on:

It’s been over a month since Ubisoft released the first Prince of Persia development diary and I have to say it’s about time we get another one. Not counting the free limited edition and release date news, it’s been a while since we saw anything new and exciting from the game.

In the 5-minute diary above we have producer Ben Mattes, art animation director David Wilkinson, and A.I. programmer Matthew Clarke covering a new bad guy, The Warrior, whom we get to see in all possible forms — a speed drawing, 3D mesh, and as the end result in the game. They also delve into the different forms the Corruption manifests itself in, as well as talk a little about the Prince’s constant companion Elika. Overall, not much we didn’t already know, but still oh so pretty!

I’m at the point where I hate every video that comes out for this game because they can’t live up to what I saw at E3.

And each time you mention that, I hate you a little bit more :)
