Check out the entire first level of The Conduit
BY Adam SandbergOctober 6th, 2008 More on:

There’s a famous scene in the movie Falling Down where Michael Douglas gets slightly frustrated because the burger you get in your hand doesn’t look like the burger on the menu. Watching this 15 minute clip of the first level in High Voltage’s The Conduit makes us feel the other way around. We knew that The Conduit would be breathtaking for a Wii FPS - but not at this degree. The weapons are awesome, the explosions look realistic and the high framerate makes it play soft as butter.

If there’s something to complain about, it’s some low standard-textures and the somewhat boring level design. Apart from that, this video does a good job of further recharging our Wii-batteries just like the recent Nintendo press conference did.

despite being too dark to really appreciate what I was watching, I was impressed by the particle effects and explosions, nicely done

    Yeah… low res textures indeed.

Yea, the only thing that I had hoped they would improve on, and still have time to, is the textures of some things.
