PSN going down for 5 hours

It appears we may actually have to go outside and interact with living people on October 14 because the PlayStation Network will be undergoing maintenance for approximately 5 hours. The times given are from 2pm to 7pm eastern time or 11am to 4pm pacific time. All this maintenance is probably due to the impending release of firmware version 2.50. On the bright side, we can start getting hyped up for the new in-game screenshot feature.

    Sometimes it cracks me up how far behind console games really are. Screenshots? I’m pretty sure we could do that on the PC about fifteen years ago…
