Sony launches YouTube channel
BY Brian BrowneOct. 14th, 2008 More on:

No people, its not the latest Flea Market rap. Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has gone the way of all the cool kids and has created a PlayStation channel on YouTube. The channel provides a place where the community can view new game trailers and footage with over 50 pieces of content currently available, including videos for SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, and NBA ’09: The Inside.

In the future, Sony has plans to start popping out game-specific YouTube channels and leading the way for that will be none other than LittleBigPlanet. This LBP channel will oddly be a little behind the game’s launch this month, but will go live in November.
