Employee charged with videogame theft
BY Brian Browne Oct. 21st, 2008 More on:

Rodney Gray, an employee of the videogame packing company, Technicolor, has been charged with theft. He was reported to the police by a company security worker and was then tailed and pulled over by the police, who found 31 games in his vehicle. The police then went back to his residence where 97 copies combined of Gears of War 2 and Fable II were found, along with 807 DVDs. His ultimate intentions? To sell the merchandise and make a pretty penny.

Altogether the merchandise had a value of more than $100,000 and the police do not know how many copies of the games were already sold. He is not the only person at the company under investigation for theft of the games, but is the only one formally charged.
