This is democracy
BY Antonio Hernandez Oct. 31st, 2008 More on:

There is a time when the presidential race gets ridiculous. A time when we all throw up our collective hands and shout “enough is enough”. Thank God we haven’t gotten to that point yet, because then we wouldn’t get this little gem. Pandemic Studios, in their crafty little ways, have inserted Barack Obama and Sarah Palin into Mercenaries 2: World in Flames. Both candidates are playable, and are ready to put down the attack ads and pick up the guns. It’s a good thing too, because we all know the debates decide nothing, and in the future the presidential race will be determined by which candidate controls better. No word on if the avatars will share the voices of their real counterparts, but I highly doubt it. That’s ok, because watching Obama hijack a tank is good enough for me. Who knows, maybe we’ll be able to play as Joe the plumber in the next Mario game?

Cross your fingers.

She may not be running but who wants to play as McCain. I’m not really looking to play as any of them, but it is pretty funny.
