Amid news that Circuit City is shrinking its ranks by a staggering 155 stores comes the equally troubling (and somewhat more humorous) news that Sony, recognizing that Circuit City isn’t good for it anymore, stopped a shipment of products en route as it made its way to a Circuit City distribution center. Fearing that Circuit City is teetering on death’s edge, Sony recalled the proucts out of concern that the company may have a hard time paying for shipments, let alone selling the proucts in their remaining stores.
