Monolith offers two new developer videos for F.E.A.R. 2
BY Luke WalkerNovember 18th, 2008 More on:

Two new developer diary videos have come out for F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin. The first one (above) sheds some light on the game’s story, which thankfully shows plenty of Alma and reminds us that gamers who didn’t pick up the first game won’t be completely in the dark with the sequel with new characters and missions. This is good news because some gamers skipped this frightening FPS in favor of more graphically impressive ones when the F.E.A.R. ports hit consoles.

The second video (below) addresses the issue of graphics now that it is being developed for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 at the same time and also talks about how the development team responded to gamers’ suggestions and opened up the game world. Gameplay is still going to be fast and fierce, but the horror should be even more real with the high level of detail and attention given to the environments.

Either way, story or design, these videos give us even more reasons to f.e.a.r. Alma.
