Skate 2 ollies into stores in January
BY Matthew RazakNovember 25th, 2008 More on:

What a ridiculously stupid headline, huh? Well anyway, it gets the point across. EA has just announced that Skate 2 will be available for purchase on Jan. 21 in the US and Jan. 23 around the rest of the world. That isn’t all the news though. The guys behind Skate 2 have created a Graphics Creator over at Skate.com that let’s you design t-shirt and board designs. I saw a basic version of it when going hands-on with the game and it’s very cool. Finally, if you pre-order the game and live in the US, EA is going to hook you up with a code for a Throwback Pack, which will give you all the retro skating gear you ever dreamed of. So be there Jan. 21 to see what a videogame looks like when it ollies.

I <3 skate., but I’m not sure I’ll get this one right away. It’s just too soon after the holiday rush.
