New Steam beta client adds in-game web browsing
BY Emmanuel Petti Dec. 13th, 2008 More on:

Well it seems my prayers may have been finally answered, espically after that tease Rogue was for me. It looks as though PC users will finally get a workable in-game web browser. Valve adds yet another useful feature to the already well rounded Steam. If you want to check it out for yourself pop open your Steam client and go to File -> Settings and in the Account tab change your beta participation to get the beta client. Allow Steam to restart and then you’re good to go!
