The first of two Xbox 360-exclusive DLC packs for Tomb Raider: Underworld, titled Beneath the Ashes, is due out in just one week, on February 10th. This adventure will find Lara Croft traveling to the ruins beneath Croft Manor to find an artifact her father hid, which is apparently built on top of the Marquis De Sade’s summer residence.
Crystal Dynamics says their aim was to create a horror-like vibe with creepy dungeons, torture devices and spider webs — you can’t spell “creepy” without “spider webs,” you know? The devs also mention building upon the story and gameplay mechanics from Underworld as well as amping up the puzzle aspects for the short-shorted heroine.
