Matt Hazard makes the cover of a fictional gaming magazine
BY Kristen Spencer Mar. 10th, 2009 More on:

Our review of D3’s Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard is still in the works, so we can’t tell you whether the game is actually any good yet. But as for the marketing materials, pure public relations gold.

Our review copy of the game came with a fake gaming magazine called Continue?, which perpetuates the fictional videogame legacy of Matt Hazard, complete with 8-bit era game covers, action figure file cards and fake developer interviews. Hopefully, they spared some time and talent to work on the game too.

We’ll let you know soon enough, but until them I invite you to step behind the velvet rope into the glamorous world of the videogame journalist, courtesy of this complete PDF scan of Continue?.

This game is so terrible. I’m glad they wasted all of their money on bomb-ass advertising because that’s the only thing good about Matt Hazard.
