Crunching Numbers / February 2009 NPD sales
BY Jeremy Hill Mar. 20th, 2009 More on:

Another month, another victory for Nintendo. NPD Group has once again released sales numbers for the top selling hardware and software titles in the U.S. for February 2009 and once again the ranking of the big three is not surprising with the Wii taking the top spot and the PS3 still in third place. Nintendo-branded games continue to dominate the software side of things as they usually do, with Wii Fit coming in first after selling 644k copies, but it was followed by the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Street Fighter IV. Killzone 2 helped Sony break into the top ten with 323k units sold and the Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty World at War is still holding strong in seventh place.
