Tekken 6 will look just as awesome on Xbox 360 |

Tekken 6 is headed to the PS3 and Xbox 360 this fall, but is there going to be a difference between the two versions? The game was originally made for an arcade board with similar design to the PS3, which makes it a “big challenge” to develop on the 360, says Tekken 6 director Katsuhiro Harada. Despite that fact, “we want to dispel any fears that fans might have that the 360 version will be inferior [to the PS3 version],” said Harada. “We are making progress every day and we’re quite confident.”
Previously stating that the game would be difficult to squeeze onto one DVD, Harada noted that the PS3’s potential became more apparent during Tekken 6’s development. “If you use the SPU’s capabilities properly and optimize the code accordingly you can pull a lot out of the hardware,” he says. Don’t worry though, the game will look comparable on both systems.
Never mind graphic this and processor that, is there a technology that will make us not suck at fighting games? That is the version we are looking for.
