We might get a second chance to support Valkyria Chronicles |

We here at TVGB are all about giving the little guy his due. Don’t get us wrong — we have nothing but love for the Marios, Master Chiefs, and Ratchets of the world, but those guys need no help from us. Awesome little games like Valkyria Chronicles, however, have a way of slipping through the cracks. They hit the scene, blow reviewers’ pants off, distribute some DLC that adds actual value, and then disappear into the void from whence they came.
According to PS3Center.net, we might just get a second chance to support this particular little guy. In an interview with Famitsu Weekly, producer Nonaka Ryutaro expressed his excitement with how well Valkyria Chronicles was received in Japan and about the anime that’s set to debut there soon. He also hinted at the possibility of a sequel, stating that he is adamant about not leaving the game at just a single title. Critically lauded games that don’t sell rarely get a second go ’round, but it has happened before. We’re crossing our fingers on this one.
