Putting the junk in Bayonetta’s trunk

“I really wanted to get Bayonetta’s backside perfect,” admits modeler and self-professed “ass man” Kenichiro Yoshimura, who created the bewitching buttocks pictured above for the upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 action adventure title. “I guess I am into that sort of thing…” Just realizing this, are you Yoshi? Please, tell us more about big butts, and you cannot lie.

“What I focused on was how to best express the character designs that Mari Shimazaki had drawn – her long limbs and petite head, as well as the beauty of her feminine lines,” said Yoshimura, who conducted his own exhaustive ass ogling research in hopes of creating the perfect posterior. “I have looked at many foreign models for reference in my line of work, and there are people actually proportioned like Bayonetta.”

Obvious Kim Kardashian obsessions aside, the hip-gyrating, leg-opening, breast-jiggling female character models are only part of the ESRB‘s reason for slapping this title with a “Mature” rating, citing “an assortment of over-the-top finishing moves – referred to in the game as “torture attacks” – on the creatures: impalement with an iron maiden; decapitation with a guillotine; dismemberment with a chainsaw; and summoning a demon that bites, then rips characters apart.” Frankly, this description just makes me want the game more. I guess I am into that sorta thing.
