Harmonix and MTV kicked off their pre-order club today with the announcement of two new Beatles-themed standalone guitars, the Rickenbacker 325 and Gretsch Duo Jet, available when The Beatles: Rock Band hits stores in September.

Played by John Lennon and George Harrison respectively throughout their music-making careers, the wireless guitar controllers will be priced at $100 each, bringing the grand total for the true Beatles aficionado up to a whopping $450. That’s $200 for these two guitars and $250 for the premium bundle, which includes Paul’s previously announced Höfner bass controller and Ringo’s Ludwig drums. All of these controllers will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintedo Wii, and all will work with the previous iterations of Rock Band.
