Get World at War for cheap on Steam
BY John Slefinger May. 17th, 2009 More on:

This really makes me wish I had a gaming PC.

This weekend only, Call of Duty: World at War is available on Steam for $24.99. You heard me: Treyarch’s dynamic and zombie infested World War II shooter is half price. Even better, this downloadable deal includes the first premium DLC package which is comprised of 4 new maps. The DLC originally sold for $9.99 when it was released in March, making the whole package pretty damn good. In fact, it’s cheaper than Modern Warfare, and just a bit more expensive than the original Call of Duty.

I don’t mean to be a mouthpiece for Valve, but unless you already own the game or, like me, have a crappy laptop, you’ve got no excuse to not take advantage of this 48-hour offer. In the meantime, thank the gaming gods for Steam and all of its wonderful weekend deals.
