OK, OK. There is a DSi game and a WiiWare game too, though next to the tragically underrated Majora’s Mask they are paltry offerings to a God who is not interested. I always love how Majora’s Mask gets ripped on for not being as good as Ocarina. That’s like getting upset you filet mignon isn’t as good as it was last night despite the fact that most nights you don’t even get steak.

I’ve gone off on a tangent though and have yet to inform that the DSiWare title for the week is Art Style: PiCTOBiTS (Nintendo, 1 player, Rated E for Everyone, 500 Nintendo DSi Points) and the WiiWare title is CRYSTAL DEFENDERS R2 (SQUARE ENIX, 1 player, Rated E for Everyone - Mild Fantasy Violence, 800 Wii Points). Both might actually be highlights if this were another week as the Art Style series is quite an interesting little take on gaming and PiCTOBiTS seems to be right in line with that offering the player a chance to get some puzzle gaming done in a fresh style. Crystal Defenders is a Square Enix tower defense game and as such should be pretty darn interesting too. Good week for downloading and Nintendo.
