The Mac version of Jonathan Blow’s Indie darling, Braid, is now available for purchase and download via Playgreenhouse, allowing minds of Mac users everywhere to be blown and subsequently destroyed all within the comfort of OSX. Braid, released late last summer exclusively for Xbox Live Arcade, wowed and frustrated just about anyone who gave it a go. Don’t tell me you didn’t use an FAQ for at least one puzzle, I will fight you!
There’s really not much incentive to buy one version of Braid over the other, considering both are available for $14.95. The decision just boils down to the system you own and control style you prefer. If you haven’t experienced the brain melting powers of Braid, get your hands on it one way or another. Don’t let one of the most impressive downloadable titles of ’08 pass you by.
