Gamers down under who haven’t yet picked up a 360 can make their entry to the console a bloody one, as Microsoft has announced a Gears of War bundle which will come with both games in the franchise.

Next to the games, the bundle includes a Pro unit, wireless controller, 60GB hard drive, headset, component high definition AV cable and an ethernet cable, and will be selling for AU$499 (while stocks last) once it hits the store shelves of unspecified participating stores on June 4th.

It would be somewhat odd if Aussies will be the only ones getting this no-brainer bundle, so chances are we’ll hear it being announced for other regions soon. Probably not today though, seeing as there are public holidays in both the US and UK. Expect news in general to be somewhat slower than usual as well.
