GameStop helps make our Christmas list
BY Chad George May. 25th, 2009 More on:

It is never too early to start dropping hints about what we want in our stockings, especially when GameStop is so kind as to help make our list for us. Speaking in an earnings call this past week, Executive Vice President and CFO David W. Carlson has given us general dates for games to look forward to later this year.

Starting off this fall, the annual Madden football game hits shelves, along with Rock Band: The Beatles, Guitar Hero 5, and Batman: Arkham Asylum, with Tekken 6 and BioShock 2 rounding out October. November brings us Modern Warfare 2, Assassin’s Creed II, and a couple of unannounced Nintendo titles to round out the run-up to the holiday season.

Of course, this is not a comprehensive listing of games yet to come, not even BrĂ¼tal Legend was included as a stocking rocking October release. As with all things videogame related, the releases are subject to change, but we are just excited to know we are still going to have money through the summer. Yeah, popsicles!
