These ten new Section 8 images show big guns, big explosions and big armor. Whether that amounts to a great game remains to be seen, but we know it’s definitely not an awful one. The concept of dropping onto the battlefield from orbit got our attention way back in 2007 when this sci-fi shooter was announced, and anything that could freshen up the shooter genre is worth keeping an eye on.

The game will be on display at E3 next week along with SouthPeak’s other titles. Expect an updated hands-on from us then.
