This might be the coolest thing ever. Someone out there named Peter Sjostrand has created a three dimensional Mega Man experience that puts all those “mega collection” rereleases to shame. Combining classic gameplay with modern technology has never been an easy thing to do, but Mega Man 2.5D looks amazing in concept and will hopefully be the same in execution if it ever arrives. There’s even a co-op mode based on Mega Man 3 that seems very well thought out with the switch pressing and the boss fighting. We’re hoping we can get our hands on this as soon as possible.
