Microsoft has notified the press that it’s starting its press conference today five minutes earlier than previously planned due to the inclusion of an announcement important enough to change their schedules for. Instead of 10:30, the briefing is now scheduled to start at 10:25AM PST.

Oh what could it be.. Popular opinion says The Beatles: Rock Band will be performed live by former band members. One of our writers even has a cool buck riding on that one. And let’s face it, seeing that performance would be kind of cool.

Or could this have anything to do with Denny Atkin, of xbox.com, twittering that “minds will be blown” at the Microsoft press conference? Oh the possibilities..
