It’s forgivable that the new trailer for Assassin’s Creed II that Ubisoft premiered at their E3 media briefing doesn’t have any gameplay whatsoever because it’s stunning (though gameplay footage is coming right up as well). I just used the word “stunning” which is what old women in Florida use to describe the cubic zirconia lampshades they buy off QVC, so you know it’s got to be pretty breathtaking. It really is though and feels almost live action, which blows my mind meats. Unfortunately, this video closed out the Ubisoft media briefing which ran for what felt like 19 days, so by the time we got to see Ezio packing not only dual blades, but some sort of sneaky-sneaky firearm as well, it was like pity sex. Sure, it was good, but we felt used…not that there’s anything wrong with that.
