Info until now on Ruffian’s Crackdown 2 has been scarce. Thankfully Xbox.com recently updated, revealing some nice little bits of info. For one, there will be up to four person co-op, double the number of players possible in the original Crackdown. If that’s not too much for you then be prepared to get blown away because Crackdown 2 will also support 16 player multiplayer, though it’ll probably be more competitive, maybe arena based or even… racing.

Crackdown 2 will throw you back into Pacific City and under the boot-heels of the Agency. This time it’s not crime bosses but plague that the Agents are battling. The trailer, though short, is worth watching more than once.
